I bought some cardinal tetras at the aquarium two weeks ago; however, they developed ich and infected the rummynose tetras I had bought there as well. Now all my fish are in quarantine—I won't be buying from them again.

Doing a fish store tour of Austin! This store is the first one I’ve seen that aquascapes and has a huge selection (I think anyway) of aquascaping supplies and plants. They also had a very nice betta and killie (sp?) fish selection! I highly suggest this store to people. The sales staff offered me help, and seemed to be helping anyone who needed it! Lovely store!!

Absolutely love this place I saw they had a fish I’ve been looking for that I can not locate near me I was planning on driving through town and I messaged them and asked them to hold it for me and they did so and would not take a deposit from me. When I arrive I’m greeted and asked if I needed help with anything by Shawn (unknown of the spelling apologies if it’s wrong) he helped lead me to my fish they were saving for me as well as helped me with another fish and a few plants and even answered a few questions for me very nice guy beautiful store with beautiful and very healthy fish I live 3 hours away and now will be a regular to this store

John and the entire staff took the time to teach us everything we needed to know. We barely knew anything about fish when we started, but they helped us learn how to set up a gorgeous, thriving tank. What really sets them apart is their honesty—they gave us expert advice tailored to our needs without ever trying to upsell us. A fantastic, trustworthy shop for both beginners and experienced hobbyists alike!

I absolutely love this shop. They have earned a customer for life! John and the entire staff are incredible. They are very passionate, patient, and knowledgeable. Whether you are a beginner setting up your tank like us, or an experienced aquarist, they never fail to take the time to give out the best advice and answer our questions. There is also a large variety of healthy livestock, and their tanks are spotless. It is definitely the best shop I have ever been to—highly recommended!
